Sometimes we just need a few moments to re-center ourselves in the midst of our busy lives. So grab your ear buds, tune out the world, and tune into your breath. Get comfortable. Find a quiet place to rest that is free from distractions.
These guided relaxations were recorded specifically for gifted adolescent girls and range between 10-20 minutes.
